I've decided to record a cover regularly(ish) to show how my voice is changing on testosterone. Something that terrified me for so long and held me back from coming out was the idea of 'losing my voice', something that has been so important to me over the years. Now I see that part of my transition in becoming Frankie is learning how to work with the breaks, the cracks and changing tones and to help the voice I was always meant to have come out of hiding.

This is a song that helped me through the summer and allowed me to march angrily around in the rainy city as I began my journey on testosterone. Here I am, four and a half months later.

Thank you to Lenny, my hero forever and to the most wonderful Josh for letting me march angrily to his house on the regular and for always being there throughout it all xox
